My Name is Erin Murphy and am currently enrolled in Umass Dartmouth in the Sociology/Anthropology department. Creating this website and researching Ayahuasca tourism sparked a deep interest in the topic. I hope this website helps educate people about the effects colonization has had on the local and Indigenous communities of Peru.
When I am not conducting research for this website I like to spend time playing piano and cooking. Activities with family and friends are also moments I am very grateful to have.
